Coverage

We deliver across Pakistan. Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 3pm PKT are processed the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number is generated when your order is confirmed. Track your order at any time using the link on your order confirmation page.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging.

Eligible for Return

Unopened products in original packaging
Damaged or defective items (contact us within 48 hours of delivery)
Incorrect items received

Not Eligible for Return

Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
Products returned after 7 days
Products damaged due to improper storage

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. For card payments, refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@meharspices.pk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
