Nihari is a slow-cooked meat stew that is one of Pakistan's most iconic dishes. Our nihari masala is a complex blend of over 20 spices, including black cardamom, fennel, star anise, and dried ginger, that creates the characteristic deep, rich flavour of a proper nihari. Slow-cook overnight for the best results.
