Our garam masala is ground from whole spices — cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin, and coriander — in a traditional recipe. Unlike commercial blends that use pre-ground spices, we grind fresh in small batches for maximum aroma. Add at the end of cooking to preserve the volatile aromatics.
